Has any one heard of Maia Marvel in Raj nagar extension, Ghaziabad?

Q: I am planning to go for a flat there, what all should I know? Please advice for this is my first time buying a property.

Thank you for your reply.I will consider legal help. But does anyone know about Maia Developers.They are quite new and the project looks good, for its location and one tower project. Are there any advantages of one tower project over multi.

The builder is new in reality arena. But Builder is good as far as the construction of the Project is concern. Their work is fast and I hope that they will be able to deliver the possesssion in time.

As this is your first buy you have to take care of documentation, inspect about the property and check the builder's reputation.
