Price of afford is 21000 per sq yard for spot ( 500 Rs to be added for every quarter ). Price of echo is 22500 ( 500 Rs to be added for every quarter ) ............... eg for 6 month payment plan afford price will be 22000 / sq yard

The rate per sqft in Swagat echo is Rs 2500. A 3bhk flat will be in the price bracket of Rs 37lakhs to Rs 41lakhs.
