Completion Date ?
Q: Scheduled completion is March-2014 as per my discussion with Swagat Official. But payment plan of 30 months suggest completion suggest October-2014. What is going on....

Q: Hi Ranganathan_ananth, chetan.fernandes86 & prasant_saxena, ya i talked to ashok patel, he told me price of 21000 per sq yard.. I saw the price of 24.76 lacs on abodesindia.com posted by parshwanath people only. Well any one think that price is worth buying ? Any of you brought property in parshwanath atlantis park ? I fear that property construction material is under quality and possibly no specific works like anti termite treatment, waterproofing, precast tiling/asphalt road, etc

Q: I inquired and they said 21000 per sq yard comes out 26.88 lacs for 128 and 27.51 lacs for 131 sq yard flat. Can any one confirm what is happening in this project. This is my 2nd property. I brought Swagat Afford.
