Actual rate of Prajay Megapolis and possession date.

Q: What was the actual rate when Prajay Megapolis booking started. What are the deadlines given for completion of project? Now they are saying 2014 (plus 6 months additional time). Will it be possible to complete phase I also what are the possible rent they might give us after deadline. if you see now only excavation work started

Prajay Megapolis is one of the ongoing project of Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd. It offers 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk with modern amenities like garden, swimming pool, 24Hr backup, club house, Wifi, tennis court, badminton court etc.

You can talk with the builder regarding the rent they will pay you after the deadline.

As far as I know the rates of the flat in Prajay Megapolis will be in between Rs 17.46lakhs to Rs 75.5lakhs.
