Hey Neetu, there is no legal issues with the project and the project is known to be approved by BBMP, BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB, A Khata.

I think you have recently bought a flat in SLS Serenity. We are also thinking to buy a flat there. Can you please suggest how is the construction quality? Dis you get the A khata or not? Are there any legal issues?
Also the amenities like GYM and Swimming Pool are maintained or not?
