Is it a good project or not?

Q: I've found a project 'Rosa Royale' in Hiranandani Estate, Thane West. I'm looking for 2BHK. I'm interested to know whether it is a good project or not as it is neither listed on hiranandani's website nor on most of the dealers' website. Its construction status is just started. Kindly give in your inputs. Thank you.

As per my inquiry with Hiranandani's sales team, I believe that this project is not of Hiranandani's. So I warn not to get cheated by investing in this property.

Hiranandani Estate is one of the reputed and well know developers in the real estate. The Hiranandani group has set up some of the most wonderful apartments, buildings, in terms of quality and style.
