Q: Hey! I want to buy a 2BHK in the price range of 70-75 lakhs between Andheri to Borivli. Can anybody suggest the best deal? How is Mantri Park located at Goregaon East?
I'm MANTRI PARK resident from last 3 years as OWVER but I'll strongly suggest you not to waste your hard earned money ( even a penny ) with this waste project which doesnt even have required drinking water supply , OC is not available, structure has severe cracks and its at least 15 Year OLD and this builder is cheater becoz he is selling such OLD building also as NEW one under name SERENE.
Dear psr, I think several facts are being mis-represented here. As per my knowledge currently BMC water supply is intact and builder was providing mineral water earlier to each flat. The club house and and all other amenities are very impressive and value for money. The project is at very beautiful location surrounded by greenery. When i went to see the sample flat of SERENE, i was talking to one of the engineer who informed me about the quality of construction and raw materials used. I was pretty impressed and willing to invest there.
Mantri Park is an upcoming residential project by leading real estate company. The project is well designed with all the modern amenities to provide a classic lifestyle and comfort to its end users at an affordable price.
I agree with Mr. Jayanth, the quality of construction is adequate and location is fab. I could see waterfall from the nearby hill when i visited the site. The price is also competitive.
