ms. rupa paul, one should have principles in life rather than just talking about them. once commitment given should be fulfilled. if u r buying anyhting i think u should be satisfied or feel the confidence rather than the shop keeper. i hope u understand what i refer to. one should come out with demands rather than making excuses. anyway best wishes for future...but people dont trust other bcos of such people . all commonfloor memebers should be beware of such two faced human beings.
