Q: I am planning to invest in Jaypee Group project Noida, I need your advice in that. I want to know is it right to invest in sector 134 Noida, and where do u see this investment in 3-4 yrs?

I heard that after the UP government cancelled the Greenfield airport project at Jewar in Greater Noida, the property prices around Noida and Greater Noida slumped by 25 to 30 per cent.

Noida is still hot favorite for residential projects among builders so you can expect future appreciation after 2-3 years.
