Q: I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat in Kandivali area; does anybody have any idea about the projects going on in this area?

Kandivali is a great area to invest in. There are many constructions going around in this area.You can check out Mantri Realty, they have many constructions in western area. Recently, they announced to invest Rs 1,500 cr on 6 housing projects across India.

Thats a great idea to invest in Kandivali area. If you specifically want to buy a flat in Kandivali, you can see the Acme Housing projects. They have come up with Acme Oasis project with 1,2 and 3 BHK nice spacious flats.
