Delay in possession.

Q: Builder has given March 2012 date now they saying project got late by more then 1 year.what the shit with this HDIL. Can we get any compensation from them ? I have purchase/booked 2BHK flat in Galaxy apt, but now they making late for possesion.

Hi Ansari, All the apartment owner can go together and talk with the builder that if he is not given the possession by the said time then he have to compensate something.
