What are the apartment sizes? What are the options for bank loans? When was the construction suppose to start?
Amreesh Murugan

They currently have apartments available in two sizes: 22 apartments - 2BHK (1350 sqft) & 16 apartments – 3BHK(1850 sqft). Bank loans are available through ICICI & HDFC. The project construction work was suppose to start in 2012. There is a delay :( :(

Hi Siva,

We were feeling the same as well, but they have started some construction activity at the Hoysala site, so i am hopeful that this will be done by the end of next year, as it is not a big project.

I blocked the apt in may of this year. At that time they had.. if my memory servers right about 10-12 apts, out of which about 3-4 were 3 bhk.

I am told that they have BBMP approval for hoysala, so they can start i guess. although i have not had the time to visit their office and look at the documents yet.

Hi Siva

It has been ok so far, i think the reason there is not much chatter about this project is because of its size, there are only about 50 apartments in total, so i gues they don't need to advertize a lot.

The project promises a lot in terms of design for space &l ight and various other Green and aspects. It will be a good community to live in, if the project delivery is as promised by the sales team.

We will have to wait and watch on how it goes, we are still optimistic that it will turnout well in the end.

Although this is the first project that is being developed by this builder, they have two more villa/plot townships ongoing.

Thanks for your reply, Vishnu. I've heard their Maurya project has been stalled for a while. I see references to the project as far as 2008, but looks like they're yet to begin construction. I was a little worried about that sort of stuff. I did meet with their sales folks and what they described seemed fantastic - I wasn't feeling brave enough to risk it, though. BTW, when did you book it and how many apts were left when you did?
31st August 2012

I was one of those unfortunate ones who booked in Maurya two years back and was still waiting for the project to start. These guys make some wonderful homes but ONLY in their free time. Samskruti Maurya was launched some 6/7 years back and still they are thinking on it.

They clearly do not communicate with their customers. Extremely irresponsible bunch of Sales/Marketing. They have Great and Extreme ideas but WORST executors. If milk is they need of the hour, their plan is to build a dairy network across the world, link it with home network and order it with a voice based command within your home. They will import Google self driven cars so that any body can go and fetch it from the nearby road. By this time 6 years is gone and now their is plan is to set up a auto transport mechanism from the store directly into your kitchen so that you can you can buy other things as well. So now the project is delayed by another 6 years. Real bunch of JOKERS and IDIOTS !!!!

Hi Siva, Which one did u choose finally? I spoke to their sales team and visited their site yesterday and saw the construction going on well. Looks like a very ambitious project. I am impressed with the concept. Any ideas before I decide?
