Delay in possession

Q: Does anyone know why there is delay in Kate Puram Phase 2 possessions. Also heard about ongoing issue about Corporation provided Drinking water supply ...is it true??

i got the passession but the service provided by Kate builder is pathetic service. they will not respond to your request unless and until you visit twice to his office. the way of his staff talking is ridiculous they dont know how to talk and how to behave

The Reason is water problem, there is not enough water either for drinking or for use , current residents are living of the tankers
Don,t take possession till it rains well and corporation water supply is restored

The project was about to get completed by the year 2010 but still now possession have not been given. What is the reason please update us?
