Looking for a flat.

Q: Hi Recently I sold my 3BHK flat and am on the lookout to buy one under construction or less than 5 years old..Preferred location Adyar Thiruvanmiur Velachery Royapetta Mandaveli or nearby areas.Please help. I want to buy a 2 or 3 BHK flat 1250-1500sqft in I or II floor with lift and car park.Power back needed for higher that I Floor

new or slightly old 2 / 3 bhk flat needed

Hi Santhanam, There are flats available for sale in I or II floor in project like KG Green Meadows and AKS Garden.
