Can the Club House be under control of builder even after residents form an association?
Q: Hi, would like to know if a builder can retain club house under his custody after selling all the units in a campus? If an association is formed, shall this have to be transferred to association name or still it continue? after few years if he wishes to sell the clubhouse to a third party (in the event the association is not interested to purchase) is it valid? please give me your advise (I am from Hyderabad) Thank you.
As far as I know after the association is formed the builder should hand over all the amenities to the association and thereafter the association takes care of the amenities.
