Q: How is the water problem / availability in Shrikar residency? What is the maintenance charges per month per flat? whether water is being bought throughout the year or only for few months? Can anybody reply?

It is among the region which has flourished quickly within a short span of time. The region is well developed and real estate sector is also flourishing. So I do not think that there will be any water issue in the project.

Water problem is faced by the whole Bangalore city almost all the projects are depended on water tankers.
