I would like to know who is responsible for replies of this forum

Q: My flat C1 202, had a leakage from the above floor C1 202, even as the leakage has stopped the damage to the walls are not repaired and painted by the builder as promised by Mr. Nikhil (Project person). i request to register it as a complaint and get it resolved before handover from builder to the society.

You can join the Mantra Majestica owner's group, to join the group Owner's Group to get in touch with the other owners of the project and discuss the same.

As the project still not handed over to you, you should talk with the builder regarding the issue of your flat.
