Q:My personal experience is site supervisers are untrained and leads to many many wrong construction problems. They cant able to manage their dead lines. Internal additinal work cant be done in the way one should expect from them. Poor services.
Q:My flat C1 202, had a leakage from the above floor C1 202, even as the leakage has stopped the damage to the walls are not repaired and painted by the builder as promised by Mr. Nikhil (Project person). i request to register it as a complaint and get it resolved before handover from builder to the society.

Latest Answer: I am glad to say that this idea works out great in apartments. When I was new to Hyderabad, one of the apartment owner took similar initiative and gathered all the residents. From then, I got to know many people. Today we sit and discuss about issues in the apartment, we celebrate festivals together. It is more like one apartment and one family rather than many.
Latest Answer: The project seems to be good but the main problem with this project is the locality. I did not like the area where the project is located as it is too crowded and the project is very interior.
