Don't go by star those are just one side of the story. We have our flat here in Greenage. After possession we found workmanship is very poor. Almost every flat has got 40-50 hollow tiles, bathroom fall ceiling came down, water leaking from bathroom etc. Will suggest not to make hurry and consider other projects as well. Good to see small builder project as well, just dont go by name.

I feel it is a good idea to invest this project because the project seems to be good and the location is also very good. You can expect future appreciation also after few years.

Salarpuria Greenage is an ongoing project of Salarpuria Groups. I heard that the project has already got the privilege of getting 6 star rating by CRISIL Real Estate Star.
