Cremation ground is 400 meters from the apartment

Q: Hi, I am currently buying any apartment from which cremation ground is exactly 400 meters away. I can see it from the balcony of the apartment.

Please guide me if the distance written is fine in case of apartments. I read somewhere that the land or house should not be close to cremation ground, but I didn't find anything related to how much distance should be there from the cremation ground that it doesn't impact the persons living in the home.

According to vaastu, the site should not be adjacent to places, like marriage halls, hospitals, courts, factories and burial or cremation grounds. The plot of land having Southern side road is not considered to be very good. Rest is fine, consult your vaastu expert for the same.
