Q: Hi friends, while looking for a 3BHK flat in Bangalore, I found HM Tropical Tree to be very attractive. I did contact the sales executives and found that 3BHK flats are available for sale. But they are asking for 1.7 Crores (approximately). Should i go for it or no ? Is it a investment worth project ? Your valuable suggestions and advises are highly appreciated.
