Project status ??

Q: What is with this project. I don't see any activity going on the field for many months. The office at the site is also locked. Has the project ran into trouble ?

Is it a mixed used development? Has the project got all the necessary approvals? When is the project expected to get completed?

Splendid Times Square is a mixed used development. Ground and first floor will have office spaces and second, third and fourth floor will have 450 sqft studio apartments. The expected completion date of the project is by end of 2015.

Yes, this project is approved by DTCP Approved, BBMP, BIAAPA, BDA . Banks such as HDFC Bank, LIC have approval for home loans.

A studio apartment will cost you around Rs 18 lakhs. and Rs 2.5 lakhs for car parking. 50% you have to pay at the time of book and the rent of the amount you can pay in installments. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4444.

Hi. i am planning to buy a shop, 105 sq.ft. in this project on the ground floor. It would be helpful if you guys could comment on how would the return be in two years. Also, would it mostly go for Rent or resale.
