Is balcony available on 2 bhk klassic duplex flat.

Q: I am planning to buy a klassic duplex flat in resale.
But not sure whether balcony is there in it or not,
Floor plan did not show any.

I was also on the look out for the same but due to the reason, balcony is not present changed my mind. There seems no possible extension for the balcony, if in case the builder agrees to increase the area.

Hi Alok, Yeah you are right even I have also check the floor plan and it does not show any balcony. It is better if you can talk with the builder of the project and clarify the doubts.
