Any body had booked flat in sri siddhivinayak platinum park .Undri. Do any body have experience with that scheme with Ranjeet developers.Why delayed in possession.

Not to be trusted! Have promised a lot to people and is not even able to provide the basic amenities. Do not in any case purchase a land/plot/apartment if all promised amenities are already provided.

Sorry for delayed response . As of to day I am not active in my pursuit for real estate investment . It is better to go for bank financed or bank recognized projects . So that one can be sure of the investment . Many developers buy land from Farmers and form business co operation agreement and then sell . All formalities concerning buying of agricultural plots are managed . one can never be sure that one is on the right side of the law . Better to buy on projects where banks are ready to give loans .

I did not buy . the staff there were hesitant to respond to my genuine queries and it was almost like take it or leave it we don't give a damn and we can find enough suckers around . very arrogant .

Are you an employee of Ranjeet Developers? Ranjeet Developer has multiple cases of fraudulent transactions. It's been more than a decade I invested in a property with them at Undri, still haven't got the 7/11. I don't even know if my property is still there. They had fenced it with my name and fence but now the property cannot be traced.
