Any news on the reliability of this builder? Given this is their first project? What kind of going rates are they charging?

Q: I am curious to know about their prices, what kind of quality and timelines we can expect from this builder and how responsive they are to customer queries.

Average company and no gaurantees that you will ever get your house. I invested in the place 14 months back and no clearances received yet, builders are not contactable ( ever ! ), my money has been stuck and with no revert, hardly anything has progressed on the actual site - bad experience.

Hi Madhu, Yes this is the their first venture. This is the 50 floor project and the builder is quoting Rs.3750 per sq.ft.
