Any news on the reliability of this builder? Given this is their first project? What kind of going rates are they charging?
Q: I am curious to know about their prices, what kind of quality and timelines we can expect from this builder and how responsive they are to customer queries.

Latest Answer: Average company and no gaurantees that you will ever get your house. I invested in the place 14 months back and no clearances received yet, builders are not contactable ( ever ! ), my money has been stuck and with no revert, hardly anything has progressed on the actual site - bad experience.
