What is service charge for rent agreement?

Q: My broker is telling that We have to pay Rs 2500 as tax, since rent amount in Rs 28000. Is anyone has idea about this new rule in Bangalore?

I would suggest you to change the broker and take advice from the notary person who is dealing with these kind of stuffs.

Thanks Dinesh..We have to prepare get our rent agreement with this broker only...he is telling that govt people asking for extra 10% of rent paid permonth..he is also not ready to give reciepts... do you have any contact detail of person who do notary.... that will be helpful

Hello Sandeep, I do not think rental agreement will cost you so much. The rental agreement will be in between Rs 500- Rs 1000.
