Kharghar is one of the suburbs present in Navi Mumbai and is developed by the CIDCO. The authority has taken the charge of maintaining it. It is basically a newly developed area with many residential and commercial spaces around. Before booking flats cross check all the documents.

Thxs for the information of Kharghar, The building has got the OC & possession, further kindly confirm whether Service Tax/Vat is waived off after getting OC? & Whether to go ahead with the deal or not? Regards,
