This is a worst place to live or rent or buy. Its beside drainage and without roads. The association imposes several charges like 10000 for deposit and 2500 for transportation charges which are non refundable. The tenants are treated like ants. There is no family which stayed here for more than 6 months. I was one of the tenant who stayed and left this shitty place. the association heads finger point people and scold and assault like villagers do!!plz dont consider hoysala commanders retreat,
