Thanisandra is booming just like anything because of the connectivity, livability and proximity to IT Parks. According to a property dealer if you are investing in Thanisandra Main road you can expect atleast 15 to 20 percent where as if you are investing in Sahakar Nagar you can expect only 10 percent.
Sahakar Nagar in North Bangalore is the locality where the prices are booming because the area is close to Bellary road and Outer Ring Road. This is the best and ideal time to invest in property and this one is worth every penny.
