Is it worth buying the property?

Q: Hi, I have booked a flat in keerthi chalet in F block.The agreement is to be made this saturday i.e 14/07. Would be interested to know your inputs on the property. I am concerned about the approach road and the railway track which is next to the apartment.Regards,Anil

Horamavu is one of the locality in North Bangalore which is developing swiftly. The locality is easily accessible from major destinations of the city. The locality is quite developed and is still in the phase of developing. The Real Estate sector is also developing along with the development of the area.

Thanks guys for your reply. Agreed that it is one of the fastest developing locality in bangalore. How about the approach ? The approach from hormavu main road is a very narrow approach. There are a few more appartments coming up on the way to Keerthi Chalet. Would'nt you think that the approach will be a bottelneck ones the project is complete ?

Keerthi Chalet is a luxury apartment complex with state of the art amenities and recreational facilities. This project consists of 175 premium apartments with luxury specifications. I think it is worth buying an apartment here.
