Interested to buy a row house in Saiven Marble Arch

Q: I am planning to buy a row house in Saiven Marble Arch. It is near Dommasandra circle, Sarjapur road. Would like to know if anyone knows about the builders (SAIVEN developers), apparently new in this space.
Please share if there is any information available on this project.

Most of the answers are from their website. I want to know about the builders. Apparently the builder is not taking any loan for the project. I am not very sure if he has the funds to complete the project if he is unable to sell all the units. Additionally, they haven't received the approvals from Axis and HDFC as mentioned in their website. They have got approvals only from IDBI bank.

Please share some information on the builder's credibility if possible. Thanks !!
