Q: Saw front page ad of Karm Residency at Shahpur for Rs.6.4 lakhs. Any update on the project, builder etc. from the forum members?

I have seen Karrm Residency images in website. The project looks great. Since flat sales are down in Mumbai I think we can try negotiating the price.

sorry dude the price is 6.71 lakhs and they had a front page ad i. toi this sunday

Hi Anand, according to sources, Karm builder is a trustworthy builder. You can go ahead with your plans. But visit the site and confirm the quality of construction before booking.

The builder have changed the name from Ekkta dimension to Karrm Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. Before taking any decision, just go an visit the site first and take your decision.
