Possession date of Suncity Gloria on Sarjapur road.

Q: This project end date mentioned here is Jan 2012. Why has nobody been given possession yet?

The builder is selling the flat for last 3 years. Why has he been able to sell only 40% of the project till now?

Possession is big concern now as they delayed WING A possession almost by 6-7 months now and still unclear about possession date even after my repetitive mail to them none bother to respond.I even came to know no electricity provided to apartments yet.Not sure about cauvery water and all ,we need to form and group and walk upto them for clarifications.

Are you blind or retarded? Get out of your ghetto and see the outside world.

Call up the builder and ask him. He will himself tell you that he has sold only 2 out of 5 buildings. Why do you think he gives a ad in TOI newspaper every weekend?

was just reading this blogs and thought to ask the same Q again..any idea about the completion.. i am also interested in buying bhk in Gloria..just becasue i am getting lot of bad feedback about the dealys in project..am putting on hols. thx

As far as I know the expected possession date is by 2015.

Ha ha. The agreement of the many buyers say December 2011. The possession is already delayed by 6 months. And now you say 2015.
