Whether to purchase flat at Shreeram properties

Q: I'm in dilema whether to purchase flat at Shreeram properties on sarjapura Attibele road...not for investment but to stay? can someone pls advise and help me in taking decision

Shriram Smrithi is a good project. The apartment is fully fledged with modern amenities and facilities like community hall, swimming pool, children's play area, landscaped area, open badminton court, gymnasium and every small detail is taken into consideration.
