How to Validate Occupancy Certificate?

Q: Hi All,
I would like to understand on how can we validate if an occupancy certificate provided by the builder is Genuine or not.

Is there an online tracking system, or will GHMC or other Govt organization be able to provide the details?

We cannot trust friends... anyway some of the fake documents too look like original.. Better to show it to legal expert..

Hey Rajesh, You can take advice/help from your legal expert. He/she will cross check the documents and let you know whether the occupancy certificate provided by the builder is genuine or not.
