Again, Today i have seen another property on Hosa road after the Jail in Doctor's colony not fully developed. However it is 30X40 site and the owner is quoting Rs 1700/-. Also I have traveled from that place to Bellandur, it is just 9 Kms from Sarjapur. Please can some one suggest whether the quoting price is worthy and good place to invest.
Of course it is far from the city centre, but that's not a big issue. It is well-connected with ample roads. If your workplace (office, business etc.) is in the middle of the city then you can look for a property in mid areas of the city. Otherwise choose which is near to you.
Many Thanks for all your suggestions. I have seen the couple of properties in Sarjapur and Attibelli road, is it worthy to purchase in that area, however it looks very far from the city.
Hello Mr. Behra, Airport road is also worth investing.. Places like Hebbal surroundings, Yelahanka, Bagalur, Hunsemaranahalli, etc. are developing new and have planned well. Though not near to IT they are near to many standard schools and colleges, hospitals, etc. Places around Hebbal ring road are also good. And it is near to Manyata tech park.
