Q: Can anyone tell me when this project will get completed.. I am planning to buy house in this. The plans and the structure and the features, everything is good... Can u please tell the possession date.

Mr.Ramesh, when did u sign the agreement without approval (PPA number) and while signing dont you need PPA number? Because i was called by them but i did not do.

Spoke to Harmony office last week , they still seem to be clueless. I am considering visiting their office this weekend and discuss the real issues behind this delay. I don't think approval alone would cause so much delay.

Count me too, to the list of persons who have booked but still waiting for the CMDA approval for long.
Marketing sources say the current delay is from both CMDA as well as Builders. Builders has to make some remaining payment to CMDA and CMDA to give some papers and approvals to Builders.
Any case the Builders are taking it very lightly and not pressing much or showing interests to start the project in time. I believe we should fix some appointment within the blue moon harmony owners group and jointly see the builders and get some real commitment.

I am Raja from Chennai. Me and three of my friends have booked the flat in Harmony bluemoon on last year Feb,2012. It's almost 1 year.whenever we call the builder, they will give the same answer that will get the approval by this end of (every) month.And there is no proper update.Is anybody know why this approval getting delay? I really believe the CMDA approval don't take this much long time.Because, We can see lot of projects are getting approval and going well in and around the pallavaram and chennai.

Ramesh,are they comitted any date when the project will approve during your agreement signing.Because of this delay, We are confused to sign the agreement and stay with this project.

My big question,

Is the problem with CMDA or Builder End?

I second Raja and I am one of his friend who booked a flat last Feb '2012 and still waiting for the approval. Had I invested that money in some FD, i could have bought a new smartphone in the interest money alone... God only knows when they will get approval... fed up!!

just got a call from the builder asking to sign the construction agreement. Are there any Bluemoon customers on this thread? if so, we all could meet up at a convenient time. i am in touch with three customers as of now. It would be nice to know each other & also discuss progress of the project.

Since March when you call the builder, they will say the same response saying that the approval will be by this end. I often call them every month but I am hearing the same response. At least they have to update about the process to the booked people. I feel this is annoying..

Wow! Harmony Bluemoon is a beautiful project with 9 Blocks!
The Property is under construction, although rates are out around Rs. 3,299 per sq.ft - 3,799 per sq.ft
i suggest you to look for some good Group Buying deal to get a heavy discount :)
