Parking area is supposed to be free right? For the first time builder has to provide freely and extra slot will be charged. Here is an article on it- Builders selling parking space in apartments is illegal.

Hi Subrat, You can talk with the apartment association to know if there is any car parking available in Golden Blossom.

Are you a resident of Golden Blossom? If yes, then you need not have to buy a car parking the builder will allot one. If he has not allotted you can talk with him.
