the inside of my apartment is completely leaking.After repeated request to the association the problem is not taken care
Q: Can someone please tell me what I need to do.My tenant is going to vacate.The apt # is MR902

Latest Answer: Hello Swapna, If the association is not doing anything in this matter than you yourself have to take care of it. If you are not taking any steps now in future you may have to face a lot of trouble and shell out huge amount of money. Better you check how the leaking is happening and rectify it. If you want you can take snaps of the leakage and show it to the association.

Latest Answer: Parking area is supposed to be free right? For the first time builder has to provide freely and extra slot will be charged. Here is an article on it- Builders selling parking space in apartments is illegal.

BSNL land line as well as broad band services are not functioning properly.
Q: Hellofriends, BSNL land line as well as broad band services are not functioning properly and often these lines are disconnected than connected.Can any one take up the matter to higher level-authorities in bsnl?Dr.V.Balasubramanian LL301. BSNL who is the main service provider for goldenblossom apts has not been providing connectivity regularly either in land line connection or broadband services.Frequently we face breakdown in serives.Many complaints have been lodged with BSNL customer centre,Whitefield but in vain.I wish the president of the association to take up the matter with higher-ups.
