Water tanker shortage ?

Q: In our apartment, we are having to buy water through tankers. There is always a nagging doubt in everybody's mind whether the tanker is giving us full tank of water or is there some pilferage. Does any1 know of any monitoring technique which will give us accurate info about how much water has flown into the underground tanks from the water tankers; kind of like some meter ?

There are many kinds of water level indicators available. But I am not sure about the usage and applications.

You can enquire few of the the water suppliers who provide tankers about this.. May be he will provide some solution.

I think the security guards or workers in your apartment complex can manually check it before and after water from tanker is filled into tanks.
