Just check if flats are still available there or not because as per my discussion with Mr Reddy (one month back), most of the 2BHKs are sold out.

Hi all, Samhita Greenwoods is an undergoing project by Samhita builders which is supposed to be completed by June 2013. So far the builders have maintained a very good relationship with me being transparent and honesty. Though they are taking one month of extra time for getting the approval (they committed June end for the final approvals) but still, from the construction and cost wise I feel they are very much Value for money.... We the buyers of Greenwoods are maintaining one facebook page. just search with Samhita Greenwoods in FB.

Samhita Greenwoods is a lavish community. They offers spacious and luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments built without any common walls feel like independent bungalows.
