Searching for a 1 bhk flat

Q: Till date I could not locate the right person.I want a 1BHK - spacious, airy, 3+ floor with lift, reserved parking within 30 min drive from Pune railway station. New/less than 5 yrs construction with basic amenities required but not willing to pay for frills like swimming pool/gym/club house etc. There are thousands of agents with millions of properties. None of them is sincere in his/her profession. They seem to trying sale comb to a bald person. But they will not understand what the customer's requirement is. They will push their inventory rather than counseling the customer.
