Milan, this is actually a good idea. Ask other flat owners to join you in this regard. #297, 1st Floor, 1st Cross, 7th Main, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bangalore- this is the address of the builder's office. You can ask them to arrange a discussion with builder along with other flat buyers.

If you are an owner or a resident at greendale, you can join the owners group by clicking join owners group. You can meet other owners/residents of the same project in the group and discuss such concerns.
