I had purchased the apartment with this builder and they have built it in their way ( of course thats how it works ) but they will say NO for all the modifications including the small to smallest modification. ( eg: no option in paint also )
They are so rude that they will just tell bluntly on your face that "This is what the company policy, You dont question us and you have no rights " etc etc..
