Hi everyone. I am new here. Hoping to have a nice experience here. I want to know if investing in Gurgaon city a good option?

Q: I want to invest and also buy a property in Gurgaon. Is that a good option? Any suggestions. My budget is approx 40-50 lakhs.

If you are planning for long term investment then it is a good option. You can expect appreciation after 4-5 years.
