Are there are any plans to have senior citizen apartment block in the complex?

Q: It is understood that a reputed builder from Tamilnadu is planning to build apartments specifically for senior citizens in this complex.Can this be clarified?

Yes, Serene Kovai property is coming up with senior citizens home

Urbana is promoted by Ozone Group who have done several projects in Bangalore and Chennai.
The location is extremely good and they have made good progress. However it would take at least 5 years for the entire project to be completed and for people to start living there.

I am planning to book one but I am awaiting some concrete information.Do u have any idea about Ozone Urbana? How safe is the project&howdependable are thr builders?

Ozone Urbabana Bangalore is the first and largest mega integrated township in North Bangalore. I did not know that Reputed builder is planning to build apartments specifically for senior citizens in this complex.
