Construction status

Q: Does anyone know how the construction of these project going on and the schedule given by the builder? I am contemplating of booking in this project but I can't afford to get stuck with project with too much undue delay as this will be for personal use.

I had a word with their head and asked him about the possession and found that the possession will be December'2014.
Located at the most prime and known destination in Mumbai, Bandra Kurla Complex RNA Corp offers 2/3BHK residential apartment. 2BHK from 1560-1645 sq-ft and 3BHK from 2055-2110 sq-ft. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 18500/sq-ft.

Can you tell me which all banks are funding this project? How is the project locality? How far is the basic facilities from the project site? What is the current residential property rate is going on in the locality? Is there any similar development is happening in the locality?

State Bank of India, HSBC, Indiabulls, Punjab National Bank etc. are the leading financial institutions funding this project.
The highway connects to the national and international airport, both being a short ride away. Mumbai University will be your neighbor locality. Shopping Centres, Local Market, Banks, Cinema & Entertainment are all just so very close. Dhiru Bhai Ambani International School, St. Anthonys School and St. Charles High School are also at close proximity. Moreover, the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) & the preferred Grand Hyatt are again just a few minutes away.

The current residential property rate is in the locality is between Rs. 19700-21300/sq-ft.

Similar projects in the nearby locality are Golden Square, Santacruz Mansion, Runwal Symphony, Silver Square CHS Ltd, Sagar Avenue II etc. in the Santacruz East, Mumbai.

I have booked a flat here in 2007, the possession was supposed to be Mid 2014 but now they are saying it will be December 2016... Construction had stopped here for almost 2 years in between. I visited the site plenty of times but the rate at which the work is progressing is pathetic. The builder is very smart he has not even mentioned the approximate possession date on the agreement. We just hope we get this flat in 2016.
