Thanks all of you for your comment. Please refer to-day,s Ananda Bazar ( 14/8/2012), details report on this has been published. It will be GOVT- PRIVATE partnership whereas private counterpart will invest & earn from Toll tax which will be levied.

What is the likelyhood of completion of the entire project of calcutta riverside? Any info?

Hi guys, the project is said to be started in one or two months. There are few other projects too which will be started this year.

It will be started in this year I heard, but not sure about the date.

No I don't about the status but as you said that KMDA has cleared the flyover project then why the development work have not been started yet.

Dear Mr Sen, Thanks for your response but though the flyover project has cleared by KMDA but still there is no take off of the project. Do you know anything about that?

Great news for Kokata people that the municipal corporation is planning to construct a flyover from Batanagar to Jinjira Bazar.
