The real estate market is governed by forces of demand and supply. Prices go up and come down based on market forces and factors. Looking at the current scenario, it seems that there is lot to happen in property market in Mulund East. It seems that property prices have jumped by 8% in last one year which shows a good overall growth prospects. Presently there are no water or power issues in Mulund East. I am a resident of Mulund East for last 8 years and till now not come across any such major issues pertaining to water or power.

Latest Answer: Hey Harsha..as far as I know The price per sq. ft. ranged between Rs 4000- Rs 4100in Oct-Dec 2012 quarter and then the price appreciated to Rs 4325 per sq. ft. in the quarter of Jan-Mar 2013. In the Apr-June quarter of 2013 again the locality price was appreciated to Rs 4643 per sq. ft. So around 15-20% percent was appreciated in the past one year.
